Ex. tya panna- sammadhye ṃha dharala ki? 16 To take up to observe; to hold or keep (a fast, a rite): also to hold as the performer or conductor of (ngondhala, katha, tama- sa, anusthana). 17 To take into one's affections or liking. Ex. ai mulasa, gaya vasarasa, navara navarisa dharati or dharata nahi. ndharuna basane To hold pertinaciously (a sentiment, resolution, demand). ndharuna soduna (Taking and dropping.) Irresolutely; in a wavering or vacillating manner--designing or acting: vaguely or indeterminately--speaking. 2 dharuna soduna vagane To walk discreetly; sometimes yielding, sometimes resisting. Ex. nkapati purusabarobara dharuna soduna vaga- ve ṃlagate.ṃ

Ex. आई मुलास, गाय वासरास, नवरा नवरीस धरती or धरत नाहीं. धरून बसणें To hold pertinaciously (a sentiment, resolution, demand). धरून सोडून (Taking and dropping.) Irresolutely; in a wavering or vacillating manner--designing or acting: vaguely or indeterminately--speaking. 2 धरून सोडून वागणें To walk discreetly; sometimes yielding, sometimes resisting. Ex. कपटी पुरुषाबरोबर धरून सोडून वागा- वें लागतें.
